Accessibility Statement

Nohan Construction LLC builds accessible parking facilities. We hold this website to the same standard we sell.

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic landmarks and a single, correctly ordered heading structure on every page
• A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element
• Text contrast verified against the WCAG minimums — our yellow accent is used only as a background behind dark text, never as light text on white
• Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator that is never removed
• Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels
• Meaningful alternative text on images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology
• Motion that respects your operating system’s reduced-motion preference
• Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide

What is still in progress

This site is under active development. The estimate wizard, project photography, and automated accessibility testing in our build pipeline are being completed now. We will update this statement as each lands rather than claiming conformance in advance.

Known limitations

The estimate form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to block automated submissions. We chose the invisible version deliberately: it scores the interaction in the background and never asks anyone to identify traffic lights in a grid, which is a genuine barrier for people using screen readers or with low vision. If it ever prevents you from submitting a request, call us and we will take your details over the phone.
