Nobody scopes a project properly from a satellite image. We review the plans, walk the site, evaluate conditions, and tell you what actually needs doing — which is sometimes less than you expected.

Overnight and weekend phasing is standard here, not an upcharge we spring on you. Retail, medical, and distribution sites almost never have a day to spare.
